  • The relationship of emotions, thoughts, and actions. 

  • Take a Self EQ evaluation.

  • Activity:  Why does EQ matter to you?


 

Week 2: Become Self Aware

  • Discover the root of your emotions and how your perception from past experiences shapes your present.

  • Learn how emotions shape your decisions.

  • Know what you're feeling and why you feel it.

  • Learn how to label your emotions.

  • Develop a positive attitude to embrace your emotions. 

  • Activity: Which are your triggers? How do you think, feel and react?

  • Learn why you react always the same under stressful situations.

 

Week 3: Manage Your Emotions

  • Learn how your lifestyle impacts your ability to manage emotions.

  • Understand how your brain changes according to the day-month-year cycles. 

  • Develop a positive attitude to deal with your emotions.

  • Learn how to manage your anger and frustration.

  • Learn how to deal with worry, anxiety, and stress.

  • Avoid common mistakes while managing your emotions.
